Who is responsible

Syscobyte AB, Sweden, is the data controller. Contact: privacy@socialpilotix.com.

What we collect, and why

• Waitlist. If you join, we store your email address, the time you joined, and the version of the consent sentence you agreed to. We use it to send you one email when SocialPilotix opens. The legal basis is your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)).
• Server logs. Our web server records IP address, time, requested page and browser type to keep the site secure and working. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in security (Art. 6(1)(f)). Logs are deleted after 14 days.

This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising or third-party scripts.

How long we keep it

Your waitlist entry is deleted within 30 days after the launch email is sent, or as soon as you ask, whichever comes first.

Who else handles it

• Contabo GmbH (Germany) hosts the server where the waitlist is stored.
• Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc., USA) will deliver the launch email, from its EU sending region. Transfers to the USA rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.

We do not sell or share waitlist addresses, and the waitlist is kept separate from the product’s customer data. It is never shown to an AI model.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, have it corrected or erased, or withdraw consent at any time by emailing the address above. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that happened before. You can also complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY), imy.se, or to the authority where you live.
